Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to Lough Ree Tours gift vouchers.

1. Overview
Lough Ree Tours gift vouchers are monetary vouchers that may be redeemed against eligible Lough Ree Tours cruise experiences.
2. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated by law.
3. Redemption
Gift vouchers may be redeemed against Public Sightseeing Cruises, Whiskey Tasting Cruises and eligible Private Charter bookings. They cannot be redeemed against onboard food, beverages, optional extras, merchandise or cash unless expressly stated.
4. Voucher Values
Gift vouchers are available in standard monetary values or a custom amount chosen by the purchaser.
5. Personalisation
Gift vouchers may be personalised with the recipient's name and an optional gift message.
6. Delivery
Digital gift vouchers are supplied by email as standard. Customers may upgrade to a printed voucher by post for the applicable delivery charge.
7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Please contact Lough Ree Tours as soon as possible if a voucher is lost. Replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion where proof of purchase can be verified and the voucher has not already been redeemed.
8. Partial Redemption
Where the value of a booking is less than the voucher balance, any remaining value will remain available until the voucher expiry date.
9. Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be resold without the written permission of Lough Ree Tours.
10. Cancellation
If a booking paid using a gift voucher is cancelled, the standard cancellation policy applicable to that booking will apply.
11. Fraud
Lough Ree Tours reserves the right to refuse redemption where a voucher is believed to have been altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or used contrary to these Terms.
12. Changes
Lough Ree Tours reserves the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions from time to time.
