Our commitment to an accessible, inclusive experience.

Last updated · July 2026

1. Our Commitment

Lough Ree Tours is committed to making our website and our visitor experience as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible. We continually work to improve accessibility for all guests.

2. Website Accessibility

We aim to ensure our website is easy to navigate, compatible with modern browsers and accessible across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. We continue to improve accessibility as our website evolves.

3. Cruise Accessibility

We welcome guests with accessibility requirements wherever possible. Due to the nature of operating on the water, some limitations may apply depending on weather conditions, water levels, vessel configuration and boarding facilities.

4. Before You Book

If you or a member of your group has a mobility issue, uses a wheelchair or has any accessibility requirements, please contact us before travelling or indicate your requirements during the booking process. This allows us to discuss the most suitable arrangements and prepare for your visit.

5. Assistance

Our crew will always do their best to assist passengers during boarding, disembarkation and throughout the cruise where it is safe and practical to do so.

6. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing priority. We welcome feedback that helps us improve our website, services and visitor experience.
