Terms for our optional premium event host service.

1. Overview
The Dedicated Event Host service is an optional premium enhancement available for selected private charters and bespoke events. The service is designed to assist with planning, coordination and on-the-day event management.
2. Availability
The Dedicated Event Host service is subject to availability and is not confirmed until accepted in writing by Lough Ree Tours.
3. Pricing
Published prices are guide prices only and begin from the advertised rate. Final pricing is determined by the duration of the event, planning requirements, supplier coordination, complexity and overall scope of services.
4. Bespoke Quotations
Following an initial discussion, Lough Ree Tours will prepare a tailored quotation setting out the agreed services and applicable fees.
5. Scope of Service
Services may include guest welcome, event coordination, supplier liaison, timetable management, assistance with catering, entertainment, photography, décor and other agreed event logistics.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for confirming guest numbers, dietary requirements, supplier instructions and all event information provided to Lough Ree Tours.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
Where requested, Lough Ree Tours may recommend or liaise with third-party suppliers. Contracts for third-party services remain between the client and the supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Changes to the Event
Changes to timings, guest numbers or the agreed scope of work may result in revised pricing. Every effort will be made to accommodate changes where reasonably possible.
9. Payment
Payment terms and any deposit requirements will be outlined in the individual quotation. Outstanding balances must be paid before the event unless otherwise agreed.
10. Cancellations
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice provided and any planning work already completed. Details will be outlined in the event quotation.
11. Limitation of Service
The Dedicated Event Host acts as a coordinator and facilitator. Lough Ree Tours cannot accept responsibility for failures by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Force Majeure
Lough Ree Tours shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide the service where prevented by severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions or other events beyond its reasonable control.
